Terms of Service

Please read through before commissioning me! If you request a commission from me, you are stating that you have read through, agreed and understood everything below.these terms were last updated 03, 05, 2022.

NOTE• I have the right to cancel your commission at any time and I will not tolerate any ill behaviour. In the case where the artwork has not been finished, full/partial refunds will be given.• I may not accept your commission request if I do not feel like I can draw your character.• I may change the colours used in the character to fit my style.• Some parts of my artsyle may change a bit as I experiment with my art.• All commissions will be posted to my deviantart/other socials. If you want to request a private work, 10% of the original price of the commission will be added.

GENERAL• All arts are for personal use by default. Please consult me first regarding commercial usage. Expect commercial fees to be double the value of original price.• Do not edit over my art other than cropping it or changing the size. Please ask me if you are unsure.• Do not repost my art to other websites. (toyhouse/artfight/etc for character galleries are ok)• Do not claim my art as your own.• Credit me as the artist.

PAYMENT• Paypal is the only method I use for receiving payment currently.• All prices are in USD.• I will start on the commission once I receive the full payment.• You have 48 hours to send the payment.• No refunds unless it has been over 2 months and I have not provided you with any updates.

PROCESS• Initial Negotiation -> Sketch -> Line & Colour -> Finished Product• After the initial negotiation, I will send a sketch to verify if any changes are needed.• Please verify if there is anything you want me to change during the sketch phase. I will not do any changes once I line/colour the work.• If possible, please respond within 2 days of receiving a message from me regarding the commission. If there might be delays in replies, please notify me in advance.• I may work on other personal art or other commissions when waiting for a reply. I hope you can understand.

DELIVERY• My turnaround time is usually less than 2 weeks for a piece, but please give me at least a month to finish a piece.• Please note that if there is a person before you on the queue, the delivery time (1 week to 1 month) will start when I finish the commission of the person before you. Check my trello linked at the homepage to see the progress.• Do tell me if there is any deadlines/due dates I should be aware of.• I will inform you if there are any delays and these delays will also be updated in the 'changes in schedule' in my trello.
